Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.

1. Bookings and Payments

A deposit is required to confirm a booking. The full amount must be paid before the start date of the safari or tour. Failure to pay the balance by the due date may result in the cancellation of your booking.

Payments can be made by credit card or bank transfer. All prices are quoted in USD unless otherwise stated.

2. Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellations must be made in writing. The following cancellation fees apply:

• More than 60 days before departure: Loss of deposit.
• 30-60 days before departure: 50% of the total booking cost.
• Less than 30 days before departure: 100% of the total booking cost.

No refunds will be given for unused services, late arrivals, or no-shows. We strongly recommend you purchase comprehensive travel insurance to cover any cancellation fees.

3. Itinerary Changes

While we endeavor to operate all tours as described, we reserve the right to change or modify the itinerary due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather, road conditions, or other factors beyond our control. We will make every effort to provide a suitable alternative.

4. Travel Documents

It is your responsibility to ensure you have a valid passport, visas, and any other required travel documents. We are not responsible for any costs incurred due to a lack of proper documentation.

5. Health and Safety

You must be in good health to participate in our safaris. Please consult your doctor for any necessary vaccinations or medical advice. We reserve the right to decline a booking on medical grounds.

While we take all necessary precautions to ensure your safety, adventure travel involves a degree of risk. We are not liable for any injury, illness, loss of property, or other damages.

6. Liability

Eloah Tours & Travel Limited acts only as an agent for the various independent suppliers that provide lodging, transportation, and other services. We are not liable for any acts, omissions, or defaults of these suppliers.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Kenya, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

8. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any changes by posting the new Terms and Conditions on this page.
